A fun, research-based programme that helps couples prepare for the joys and challenges of life with a new baby. You’ll learn practical skills to strengthen your relationship and positively guide your child’s development.
A Workshop for Couples
In-person, the workshop is designed for you and your partner to actively engage in exercises, practice new skills and consolidate your learning together at home. It’s an intimate setting where you and your partner can focus on your relationship, while learning alongside other couples :-

-
Research-based tools, tips and techniques
-
Opportunities to ask questions and receive guidance
-
Private moments to practice exercises with your partner
-
Flexible exercises to work on at your own pace during breaks and the time between weekly sessions
Couples often describe these workshops as fun, uplifting, and full of practical tools for navigating life with a baby. With over 20 years of experience, I use Gottman’s research to help couples grow closer, strengthen their connection, handle conflict with care, and build a loving, resilient foundation for family life.

Together, we’ll explore meaningful questions like:

-
What changes might we experience in our relationship?
-
How do we grow from “two” into “three” as a family?
-
What do we each imagine our parenting roles to be?
-
How can we stay connected and handle challenges together?
-
How can we create a strong, loving bond with our baby?
-
What is the role of our extended family?
-
What hopes and dreams do we share for our family’s future?
